TINES® ERS – Embedded Rail System
The TINES® ERS Embedded Rail System is a type of direct rail fastening system designed for the construction of ballastless track structures. The TINES® ERS Encapsulated Rail Fastening System can be installed on engineering structures, at pedestrian crossings, railway-road crossings, bicycle crossings, turnout areas, and intermodal terminals, as well as in the form of an integrated rail-road track system.
TINES® Integrated Rail-Road Pavement System
The TINES® Integrated Rail-Road Pavement System is an advanced infrastructure solution that enables the safe and durable operation of both road vehicles and railway rolling stock within a single, shared structural system. Its key feature is the integration of road functions (pedestrian or vehicular traffic) and railway track into one unified construction, designed to accommodate the differing dynamic load characteristics, geometric requirements, and operational conditions of both transport systems.
TINES® ST EBS Ballastless Track System
The main element of the system is the TINES® ST EBS monolithic track slab, which incorporates recesses for the installation of TINES® EBS rail block supports. The system is primarily dedicated to high-speed railway lines (above 250 km/h), heavily trafficked railway routes, and locations where the maintenance of conventional ballasted tracks would be difficult, such as railway tunnels, bridges, viaducts, and urban sections.

TINES® SRT Prefabricated Rail Containment Tray
The TINES® SRT Prefabricated Watertight Tray is a prefabricated structural component of a ballastless railway track system, manufactured from reinforced concrete and designed for installation in locations requiring protection of the track substructure against the penetration of contaminants.

Vibration Isolation Mats TINES®
In line with current environmental protection requirements in places where special vibration isolation is required (especially bridges, viaducts, and tunnels located in urbanized zones), an effective solution to protect the environment from adverse impacts of transportation means is the incorporation of vibration isolation mats into rail road construction.
