TINES® Polyrail 50 is a two-component, solvent-free polymer material (polyurethane resin) designed for use in engineering and transport construction. It is part of the TINES® material set used for systems of continuous or point, elastic attachment of rails in tram tracks.
Product Characteristics:

- self-leveling (allows precise rail positioning and adapts to the substrate),
- easy to apply (low viscosity),
- solvent-free,
- does not contain rubber and cork fillers,
- excellent adhesion to various types of substrates when combined with TINES® Polyrail Primer,

- absorbs dynamic stresses and extends the durability of the concrete base,
- provides protection against stray currents,
- does not conduct electrical charges (insulating properties),
- resistant to water and moisture,
- long anticipated operational durability and low maintenance costs,

- allows quick rail replacement and short track closure,
- virtually maintenance-free track exploitation.
