TINES® TRAM LC-L is a component of ballast-free tramway constructions on integrated tram-road surfaces, on tracks shared with roadways, and on designated tracks, crossings, and pedestrian passages.
TINES® TRAM LC-L can be used in single-track and multi-track tramways, on straight sections, and in vertical and horizontal curves with all rail profiles.
Prefab slabs TINES® TRAM LC-L for tram tracks are produced in standard sizes:
- Width: 2.40 m; 2.20 m; 2.00 m; 1.76 m.
- Thickness: 0.35 m or 0.40 m.
- Length: 1 m (TINES® TRAM LC-L1); 1.5 m (TINES® TRAM LC-L1.5); 3m (TINES® TRAM LC-L3); 4m (TINES® TRAM LC-L4).
Rail channels in prefab slabs TINES® TRAM LC-L are adapted for mounting rails with a 49E1 or 60R2 (Ri60N) profile, for track widths of: 1000 mm or 1435 mm.
The selection of slab dimensions depends on the geometric layout of the track, and it’s possible to produce slabs of any length tailored to design requirements, depending on the anticipated rail profile, cross-sectional shape, or track width.
Prefabricated TINES® TRAM LC-L slabs are produced in various variants, depending on the position of the slabs in the track and their functions: TINES® TRAM LC-L track slabs, laid along the track axis.
