TINES® EBS – Embedded Block System

The ballastless track system with the TINES® EBS system is a modern solution designed with durability and operational comfort in mind. Thanks to the use of point-load block supports encased in an elastomeric sleeve, it effectively transfers the loads generated by rail vehicle traffic while simultaneously damping the vibrations caused by their passage.

TINES® ERS –  Embedded Rail System 

It is a type of direct rail fastening system designed for the construction of ballastless metro track systems. The main advantage of the system is its effective attenuation of vibrations and noise generated by rail vehicle traffic.

Vibration Isolation Mats TINES are a modern solution in terms of reducing dynamic effects in the form of vibrations. They are used in ballastless rail surface constructions primarily where special vibration isolation is required.
