Project Title: Innovative Vibroacoustic Floor Insulation Technology
The project is implemented based on the agreement POIR.04.01.02-00-0016/17-00 under the Operational Program
Smart Development 2014-2020 Action 4.1: Scientific research and development work, Sub-measure 4.1.2 Regional scientific-research agendas
The aim of the project is to develop new technologies for vibroacoustic insulation of floors. The result of the project will be a product in the form of floors capable of vibration and acoustic insulation in the range of impact sounds, while simultaneously providing vibration insulation that can ensure the room’s vibrational comfort depending on its purpose.
The planned outcome is to develop at least two types of floors mounted on a concrete ceiling and a wooden ceiling.
There will be an integration of at least three functions: the obvious utility function, the acoustic insulation function, and the vibration isolation function.
The project is implemented by a scientific-industrial consortium, which includes:
- Cracow University of Technology – Consortium Leader
- TINES Rail S.A. – industrial partner
Implementation period: 01.01.2018 – 31.12.2022
Total qualified project amount: 3,336,300.15 PLN, of which:
1. Co-financing amount: 2,487,778.44 PLN
- Industrial research: 709,579.58 PLN
- Development work: 1,778,198.86 PLN
2. Own contribution: 848,521.71 PLN
