The reconstruction of Olkusz station, carried out as part of the project to improve export routes from Upper Silesia, is being implemented using TINES materials.
To reduce noise and vibrations generated by passing trains, the ceiling of the pedestrian underpass being built under the tracks has been secured with TINES Rubbermat SBM vibration isolation mats.
In addition to reducing discomfort for people using the tunnel, the use of TINES vibration isolation mats has a positive impact on the durability of the structure and the preservation of ballast quality, by providing an elastic foundation for the track structure.
