TINES Rail presents a comprehensive offer for rail transport at the largest exhibition event for rail transport in Poland. Among the modern solutions are ballastless track structures approved for operation at speeds of up to 250 km/h.
The dynamic growth of the company will be comprehensively presented at the TINES Rail booth during the 16th edition of the most prestigious event in the industry. TINES systems are applied in railway, tram, and metro infrastructure, covering such material groups as: track prefabricated elements for tram tracks and railway crossings, polyurethane elastomers for elastic rail fastening, and vibration isolation mats for ballasted and ballastless rail track structures.A key highlight is the TINES EBS System – encapsulated block rail supports approved for operation at speeds of up to 250 km/h and an axle load of up to 245 kN, which can be used for the construction of high-speed rail lines. This structural solution is designed for sections where reducing vibrations and oscillations caused by rail traffic is crucial, on engineering structures: steel and concrete, in tunnels, in station tracks, and mainline tracks in urban areas. Complementing this offer are TINES Rubbermat and TINES Polymat vibration isolation mats, designed for application in railway track structures.
A new solution for tram infrastructure is the TINES TRAM ERS Embedded Rail System, based on a new generation of TINES Polyrail polyurethane elastomers, along with a complete rail position adjustment system within the rail channel.An integral part of this system is the TINES Polyrail 53+ two-component epoxy resin, which has a wide range of applications, from priming steel and concrete surfaces, anchoring steel elements in concrete substrates, and bonding elastic components, to creating dielectric coatings. The product’s formulation allows it to be used as a primer for moist substrates.
