Tram-track solutions
The location of tram lines, typically embedded in areas of dense urban development, sets increasing requirements related to vibration and noise reduction emitted from their surroundings. Trams are the primary means of public transport in many cities. Tram infrastructure is characterised by relatively low construction costs, high efficiency, zero emissions, and the and the potential for additional land development in the form of green tracks or simultaneous use for road traffic. Thus, tram networks are successively modernized, updated, and expanded. TINES produces system solutions for tram infrastructure that fit into contemporary track designs while ensuring effective vibroacoustic insulation and durability.

Vibration Isolation Mats TINES®
In line with current environmental protection requirements in places where special vibration isolation is required (especially bridges, viaducts, and tunnels located in urbanized zones), an effective solution to protect the environment from adverse transportation impacts is the incorporation of vibration isolation mats into the rail road design.
Prefabricated Track-Road Plates TINES® TRAM LC-L
The integrated track-road surface TINES® TRAM LC-L is a ballastless track surface construction. The primary component of this construction is a prefabricated reinforced concrete slab with shaped rail channels and a one-percent transverse inclination of the top surface, which facilitates track drainage.

Rail in the Jacket System TINES® TRAM ERS
The rail in the jacket (ERS) is a rail mounting solution in a ballastless construction, replacing traditional rail fastening systems. Rails are mounted in the rail channels of a concrete substructure slab using a pouring mass based on polyurethane resin, and continuous, elastic rail support is provided by a pad placed under its foot.
