Within the contractually agreed timeframe with Flize Gres Sp. z o.o. Sp. k., TINES delivered materials for the “Construction of a Pedestrian Crossing with Traffic Signals at the Intersection of Rzeczypospolitej – Hynka – Legionów Streets in Gdańsk.” The contract stipulated that TINES would supply the TINES® TRAM integrated tram-road surface system, which includes:
- TINES® TRAM LC-L track slabs (prefabricated rectangular slabs, 2.20 m wide and 0.35 m thick, with rail channels for 60R2 rails, designed for a 1435 mm track gauge)
- TINES® TRAM LC-LO1 drainage slabs
- TINES® TRAM ERS Embedded Rail System
Gdansk is the next city to implement the integrated tramway track system produced by TINES, designed for tram tracks shared with the roadway. The construction solution proposed for this project is a proprietary product of TINES, which received a prestigious distinction at TRAKO 2023. Previously, this technology was used in Poland’s largest cities, including Warsaw and Wroclaw, for the construction of key urban arteries.
