The National Center for Research and Development is providing funding for research conducted by the TINES Rail and Krakow University of Technology consortium in a project named “Anti-vibration Industrial Floor System.”

Krakow University of Technology will conduct a series of measurements to assess the impact of vibrations on machinery and people within industrial buildings where TINES® vibration isolation materials will be used in the floor system. The research results will identify vibration-isolating floor solutions with optimal parameters, which, following an economic viability analysis, may be implemented into production by TINES Rail.

The funding allocated by the Intermediary Institution is 3,024,536.98 PLN, and the total project cost is 3,887,124.10 PLN. The project will be executed until the end of 2023.

Comprehensive construction solutions and ballastless track systems for railways, ensuring effective vibroacoustic insulation and a guarantee of durability for mainline tracks, engineering structures (bridges, viaducts, tunnels, and rail-road crossings).

A comprehensive offer of durable materials for the construction of tram tracks, allowing to reduce the level of vibrations and noise in the vicinity of the route.

A comprehensive offer of durable materials and construction solutions for subway track surfaces allows for the reduction of vibration and noise levels in tunnels.
