Il s\u2019agissait d\u00e9j\u00e0 de la troisi\u00e8me intervention de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 ce domaine.<\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00e9sentation a soulign\u00e9 que la r\u00e9sistance de l\u2019infrastructure aux vibrations g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es par la circulation des v\u00e9hicules ferroviaires ne d\u00e9pend pas uniquement des solutions de conception. Une approche couvrant l\u2019ensemble du processus d\u2019investissement est essentielle \u2014 depuis l\u2019\u00e9tape de pr\u00e9paration de l\u2019investissement, en passant par la conception, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation des travaux et l\u2019exploitation.<\/p>\n<p>Il a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 soulign\u00e9 que chaque participant au processus d\u2019investissement a une influence r\u00e9elle sur la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019infrastructure cr\u00e9\u00e9e. Cette responsabilit\u00e9 comprend \u00e0 la fois la d\u00e9finition ad\u00e9quate des exigences et leur mise en \u0153uvre coh\u00e9rente aux \u00e9tapes suivantes de l\u2019investissement.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours de l\u2019intervention, il a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence aux r\u00e9glementations en vigueur, y compris aux dispositions l\u00e9gislatives qui d\u00e9finissent les exigences relatives \u00e0 la limitation de l\u2019impact des vibrations sur les personnes et sur les structures des b\u00e2timents situ\u00e9s \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 d\u2019une voie ferr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Afin d\u2019assurer le choix appropri\u00e9 des solutions techniques et leur application efficace, une coop\u00e9ration \u00e9troite entre tous les participants au processus est n\u00e9cessaire :<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 investisseur<br \/>\n\u2014 concepteur<br \/>\n\u2014 entrepreneur<br \/>\n\u2014 fabricant<\/p>\n<p>Seule une telle approche permet d\u2019\u00e9tablir des dispositions coh\u00e9rentes et pr\u00e9cises dans la documentation technique, d\u2019\u00e9valuer correctement les produits et de r\u00e9aliser l\u2019investissement de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019absence de coop\u00e9ration entre les participants au processus peut entra\u00eener des incoh\u00e9rences terminologiques, des exigences impr\u00e9cises et des difficult\u00e9s dans la mise en \u0153uvre des solutions en pratique.<\/p>\n<p>Les actions communes, l\u2019\u00e9change d\u2019exp\u00e9riences et l\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue du
