Sa construction requiert l&rsquo;utilisation de technologies modernes ainsi que la surmont\u00e9e de nombreux d\u00e9fis d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie. Dans cet article, nous examinerons de plus pr\u00e8s les technologies utilis\u00e9es lors de la construction du tunnel ainsi que les d\u00e9fis auxquels les ing\u00e9nieurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9s lors de la r\u00e9alisation de ce projet ambitieux.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><b>L&rsquo;importance du tunnel de diam\u00e8tre pour \u0141\u00f3d\u017a<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Le tunnel de diam\u00e8tre \u00e0 \u0141\u00f3d\u017a vise \u00e0 relier deux des principales gares \u2013 \u0141\u00f3d\u017a Fabryczna et \u0141\u00f3d\u017a Kaliska \u2013 et \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un n\u0153ud de communication central int\u00e9grant le transport urbain et r\u00e9gional. Machines TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine)<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Pour la construction du tunnel de diam\u00e8tre \u00e0 \u0141\u00f3d\u017a, des machines TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine), \u00e9galement appel\u00e9es tunneliers, modernes sont utilis\u00e9es. Les TBM sont des \u00e9quipements avanc\u00e9s qui creusent le tunnel et montent simultan\u00e9ment des segments de rev\u00eatement, ce qui acc\u00e9l\u00e8re consid\u00e9rablement le processus de construction. Les machines TBM sont \u00e9quip\u00e9es de syst\u00e8mes de surveillance permettant un contr\u00f4le pr\u00e9cis du processus de creusement, minimisant ainsi le risque d&rsquo;endommager l&rsquo;infrastructure existante et les b\u00e2timents en surface.<\/p>\n<h3><b>2. Rev\u00eatement segmentaire du tunnel<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Dans le tunnel de diam\u00e8tre \u00e0 \u0141\u00f3d\u017a, un rev\u00eatement segmentaire est utilis\u00e9, compos\u00e9 d&rsquo;anneaux pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9s en b\u00e9ton. Ces segments sont mont\u00e9s directement derri\u00e8re la machine TBM, ce qui permet de s\u00e9curiser rapidement et en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 le creux. Le rev\u00eatement segmentaire du tunnel offre une grande r\u00e9sistance structurelle et une protection contre la pression du sol et de l&rsquo;eau.<\/p>\n<h3><b>3. Syst\u00e8mes de gestion de l&rsquo;eau<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Lors de la construction du tunnel de diam\u00e8tre \u00e0 \u0141\u00f3d\u017a, il est n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;utiliser des syst\u00e8mes de gestion de l&rsquo;eau avanc\u00e9s pour \u00e9viter l&rsquo;inondation du creux et garantir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des travailleurs. Pour ce faire, une technologie d&rsquo;injection est utilis\u00e9e, consistant \u00e0 injecter des substances d&rsquo;\u00e9tanch\u00e9ification sp\u00e9ciales dans le sol autour du tunnel, ce qui permet de contr\u00f4ler l&rsquo;afflux d&rsquo;eau. De plus, des syst\u00e8mes de drainage sont install\u00e9s pour \u00e9vacuer l&rsquo;eau hors du tunnel.<\/p>\n<h3><b>4. Surveillance et contr\u00f4le g\u00e9otechnique<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Les technologies modernes de surveillance et de contr\u00f4le g\u00e9otechnique jouent un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;assurance de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pendant la construction du tunnel. Des syst\u00e8mes de surveillance sont utilis\u00e9s pour enregistrer en temps r\u00e9el les donn\u00e9es relatives aux d\u00e9placements du sol, aux contraintes dans la structure et au niveau des eaux souterraines. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cela, les ing\u00e9nieurs peuvent r\u00e9agir rapidement aux probl\u00e8mes \u00e9ventuels et prendre les mesures correctives appropri\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h3><b>5. Syst\u00e8me TINES\u00ae EBS<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Sur un tron\u00e7on du tunnel et sur les entr\u00e9es du tunnel (sur la longueur des parois des joints) \u00e0 \u0141\u00f3d\u017a, un rev\u00eatement de voie sans ballast a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u dans le cadre d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me de supports de rails en blocs avec enveloppe. La solution a \u00e9t\u00e9 fournie par TINES Rail SA avec le Syst\u00e8me <span style=\"color: #000000; background-color: #ffffff;\">TINES\u00ae EBS<\/span>. Ce syst\u00e8me comprend des supports de rails en blocs avec enveloppe, qui assurent une fixation \u00e9lastique des rails et une att\u00e9nuation efficace des vibrations. Les blocs de support en b\u00e9ton sont envelopp\u00e9s d&rsquo;un \u00e9lastom\u00e8re polyur\u00e9thane, ce qui minimise le bruit et les vibrations transmis \u00e0 la structure du tunnel. Conditions g\u00e9ologiques complexes<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>L&rsquo;un des plus grands d\u00e9fis lors de la construction du tunnel de diam\u00e8tre \u00e0 \u0141\u00f3d\u017a r\u00e9side dans les conditions g\u00e9ologiques complexes. La r\u00e9gion de \u0141\u00f3d\u017a pr\u00e9sente diverses formations g\u00e9ologiques, notamment des sables, des limons et des calcaires, ce qui requiert l&rsquo;utilisation de diff\u00e9rentes m\u00e9thodes de creusement et de mesures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour le tunnel. Il est \u00e9galement n\u00e9cessaire de prendre en compte le risque d&rsquo;\u00e9boulements et les couches de sol instables.<\/p>\n<h3><b>2. Proximit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;infrastructure existante<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>La construction d&rsquo;un tunnel dans une ville dens\u00e9ment b\u00e2tie comme \u0141\u00f3d\u017a implique de tenir compte de l&rsquo;infrastructure existante, y compris les b\u00e2timents, les rues, les r\u00e9seaux d&rsquo;eau, d&rsquo;\u00e9gouts et d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9.
