Une solution innovante \u00e0 ce probl\u00e8me stimulera le d\u00e9veloppement de nouvelles technologies dans le secteur de la construction ainsi que l&rsquo;am\u00e9nagement des espaces, en particulier dans les centres-villes.<\/strong><\/h3><\/h3><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-1\"><p>Le d\u00e9veloppement des agglom\u00e9rations est caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 par la croissance de la construction dans des zones bien desservies, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement situ\u00e9es le long des axes de communication. Toutefois, cela expose les habitants et les b\u00e2timents \u00e0 des fr\u00e9quences vibratoires allant de 1 \u00e0 100 Hz, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 des effets acoustiques pour des fr\u00e9quences sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 100 Hz. Une isolation couvrant ces plages permettrait d\u2019assurer le confort vibratoire des habitants des b\u00e2timents proches des axes de communication, tout en garantissant un confort acoustique vis-\u00e0-vis des sons d\u2019impact se propageant par les planchers. Il est pr\u00e9vu d\u2019augmenter l\u2019isolation vibratoire d\u2019environ 40 % par rapport aux solutions traditionnelles de planchers. Dans certaines circonstances, m\u00eame de l\u00e9g\u00e8res am\u00e9liorations du confort vibratoire pourraient r\u00e9duire la perception des vibrations par les occupants, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 atteindre un niveau de confort indispensable.<\/p>\n<p>Cet objectif sera atteint au cours d\u2019essais en laboratoire par \u00e9limination des variantes de mat\u00e9riaux antivibratoires pr\u00e9sentant les param\u00e8tres les plus faibles, ces variantes \u00e9tant d\u00e9finies comme la combinaison des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s mat\u00e9rielles et de l\u2019\u00e9paisseur des tapis antivibratoires. Les mat\u00e9riaux valid\u00e9s pour la phase d\u2019essais sur le terrain seront int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans diff\u00e9rentes configurations de syst\u00e8mes de planchers isolants vibroacoustiquement. Au cours des essais sur le terrain, seront s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s les syst\u00e8mes de planchers offrant la meilleure isolation acoustique vis-\u00e0-vis des sons d\u2019impact tout en maintenant un niveau ad\u00e9quat d\u2019isolation vibratoire. Apr\u00e8s une analyse \u00e9conomique des solutions confirm\u00e9es par les tests, les produits seront d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s par TINES. Ainsi, non seulement l\u2019isolation vibratoire et acoustique sera prise en compte dans le choix des produits mis en \u0153uvre, mais \u00e9galement leur rentabilit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique. Par ailleurs, la majorit\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes de planchers garantissant une isolation vibroacoustique sera d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e en int\u00e9grant des mat\u00e9riaux recycl\u00e9s, par exemple du granulat de caoutchouc ou du polyur\u00e9thane re-li\u00e9. Le r\u00e9emploi de ces mat\u00e9riaux rev\u00eat une grande importance d\u2019un point de vue \u00e9cologique et contribuera \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l\u2019image de l\u2019entreprise en tant qu\u2019acteur pro-environnemental dans le secteur de la construction.<\/p>\n<p>La solution propos\u00e9e combine quatre nouvelles caract\u00e9ristiques fonctionnelles :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Isolation vibratoire,<\/li>\n<li>Isolation contre les bruits d\u2019impact,<\/li>\n<li>Possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019isoler acoustiquement les niveaux sup\u00e9rieurs des b\u00e2timents des sons provenant des niveaux inf\u00e9rieurs,<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cette solution repr\u00e9sente une am\u00e9lioration significative par rapport aux planchers existants sur le march\u00e9.
