In a culture racing for milliseconds or even nanoseconds, the value of time takes on a new meaning. HSR is a project in the category of civilizational challenges, fitting into the concept of a transport revolution and serving as a marker of a country&#8217;s modernity. But it is also an innovative undertaking of significant importance for the economy and society, aiming to increase the spatial accessibility of regions and achieve sustainable mobility. It is a project intended to be carried out over many years, which will impact the economy, employment levels, and the development of scientific research in the field of transport and beyond.<\/p>\n<p><strong>On October 28\u201330, 2024, the International Scientific and Technical Conference &#8220;Development of High-Speed Rail in Poland \u2013 HSR PL 2024&#8221; will be held in Lodz.
