The past year was a period of dynamic and multifaceted development of the company. In 2022, TINES Rail S.A. concluded more than 30 contracts for the supply of its materials. TINES\u00ae products were used in the implementation of tram and railway investments, among others in Gda\u0144sk, Leszno, \u0141\u00f3d\u017a, Skar\u017cysko Kamienna, Toru\u0144, Warsaw, Wroc\u0142aw, and more.<\/p>\n
TINES\u00ae offers materials dedicated to railway, metro, and tramway infrastructure, including: polyurethane masses for flexible rail mounting systems of the TINES\u00ae Polyrail series, prefabricated track-road slabs TINES\u00ae LC-L and TINES\u00ae TRAM LC-L, rail block supports in a casing – TINES\u00ae EBS system, and vibration isolation mats: TINES\u00ae Rubbermat and TINES\u00ae Polymat. These products are used in both ballasted and non-ballasted rail surface constructions.<\/p>\n
TINES Rail SA is implementing developmental activities related to the expansion of the offer with additional vibration isolation materials and introducing them in new market segments, such as public utility and industrial construction. Research and development projects funded by the National Research and Development Center aim to develop materials with properties that limit the vibrations of buildings and noise generated as a result of the movement of wheeled and rail vehicles.<\/p>\n
In December 2022, the Vibrofloor I project was successfully completed. The results of the work will allow the introduction of TINES floor systems with vibroacoustic properties that will be used in public utility construction and residential premises.<\/p>\n
TINES Rail, as the consortium leader with the Krakow University of Technology, began the Vibrofloor II project. It is a continuation of the Vibrofloor I project, the task of which is to design and test, within the research polygon, the effectiveness of the use of innovative vibration isolation materials in industrial construction. The developed solutions will allow for a reduction in vibrations and noise from external sources (e.g., tram, train, cars) and internal ones (e.g., operation of machines and devices).<\/p>\n
TINES Rail S.A. actively participates in the work of the technical community within the Association of Communication Engineers and Technicians of the Republic of Poland and undertakes actions for the interests of the industry as an entity affiliated with the Chamber of Commerce for Land Transport, the Chamber of Commerce for Urban Communication, and the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce. In 2022, TINES Rail SA also obtained the status of a member of the Technical Committee for Railways of the Polish Committee for Standardization.<\/p>\n\n\t\t
