TINES\u00ae Polyrail Primer<\/b> \u2013 a two-component epoxy primer with dielectric properties. In the TINES\u00ae ERS <\/b>system, it is used to prime dry concrete substrates (rail channel walls) and steel substrates (rail surfaces or steel channels) in order to improve the adhesion of TINES\u00ae Polyrail 60\/65<\/b> to these substrates.<\/p>\n
TINES\u00ae Polyrail 53+<\/b> \u2013 a two-component epoxy resin with dielectric properties. In the TINES\u00ae ERS <\/b>system, TINES\u00ae Polyrail 53+<\/b> is used to prime dry and wet concrete substrates (rail channel walls) and steel substrates (rail surfaces and steel rail channel walls) in order to improve the adhesion of TINES\u00ae Polyrail 60\/65<\/b> to these substrates. It is also used for bonding the continuous TINES\u00ae Railstrip under-rail pad to the bottom of the rail channel, as well as for bonding concrete blocks or TINES\u00ae Railfiller<\/b> inserts into the rail joint chambers.<\/p>\n<\/div>System Components<\/h2><\/div>\n- TINES\u00ae Railstrip<\/strong> \u2013 a continuous resilient under-rail pad. In the TINES\u00ae ERS system<\/strong>, it is used optionally to reduce the rail support stiffness and, consequently, reduce noise and vibrations transmitted to the surrounding environment of the track. - TINES\u00ae Railshim<\/strong> \u2013 resilient adjustment pads (under-rail pads) available in various thicknesses. In the TINES\u00ae ERS system<\/strong>, they are used to adjust the vertical position of the rail and its transverse inclination. They should be placed at the bottom of the rail channels at equal intervals of 1.5 to 2.0 m. When correctly positioned, the pads do not affect the stiffness of the system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
